Do you ship internationally

Yes. We do. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be processed after the confirmation of your payment transaction.Business days do not include weekends or holidays.Our Standard International Delivery may take 7-28 working days.

Due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible.You will have the option to choose an alternative style or cancel the order/item.

How do I pay?

I have different visual correction power in both eyes. How do I order?

Just pick your prescription from the drop down menu for each lens (Left Eye & Right Eye) before adding it to your shopping cart.

I have perfect vision. I don’t need any prescriptions

In that case, just select -0.00 for plano lenses, which are lenses with no prescriptions.

Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns/ exchanges for opened vials of colored lenses. We will not provide exchange or refund for opened vials of lenses if the color is found to be unsuitable for your eye color.

However, if you believe you’ve received a damaged lens or a wrong item, please let us know and we will issue a replacement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What is your return policy?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your order, please contact us on contact us page with the invoice number and return item(s) information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Incorrect or Defective Items Return Policy

If we happen to have sent you the wrong color, prescription or model, torn lenses, we will happily correct our mistake.Please contact us, explaining your situation.

You may need to take a picture of the mistake for proof, and some cases will require you mailing the parcel back to us. A replacement or refund will be sent without any charges.

The replacement will be shipped by international registered air mail only. If you need the replacement or refund, please contact us within 15 days of receiving them.

Cancellation Policy

]If you wish to cancel your order after payment is made due to any reasons, kindly please inform us immediately. Worth to note that, not full payment will be refunded, 10% administration fees of your amount purchased will be imposed.

Once products are SHIPPED, and you wish to cancel your order, 30% administration fees will be imposed and shipping is non-refundable items. Refund will be processed only after the product returns to us.

If you parcel being returned and a refund request is made, we will impose 30% penalty fees of your total order value and deduct the shipping charges and refund you the remaining amount.
If you parcel being returned due to wrong address or unclaimed or similar reason and you request to re ship back to you, you need to bear the shipping charges

How to open Vial Bottle

On the metal rim, there are little arrows that point up. Take your vial and put it to the edge of a table and push down where the arrows are. Carefully peel it back and take off the metal rim. Sometimes the metal rips off before you can get it all off and it’s difficult to remove, so take your time and gently open it. If it happens to rip off, take an old pen you don’t really use or something similar and dig it under the metal and pry it open

How to wear

Most people use their ring finger to pull down their lower lid and slip the lens in their eye with their index finger, with the same hand. Some people have to use both hands by opening their eye with one hand and putting the lens in with the other hand. Sometimes it’s easier when you look off to the side and let the lens slide into place instead of directly putting it where you’re looking at the lens.
It will definitely take practice if you’re not using to touching your eye. It may feel pretty weird too.

A common mistake is wearing your lenses inside out. The pixels are on the outside of the lens, you don’t want that on your eyes. Also, the lens will slide around because it’s not the correct shape when it’s inside out. You can tell it’s inside out if you look at the rim of the lens carefully. If it’s correct, the rim will point up. If it’s inside out, the rim will point somewhat out and horizontally.

Inserting and Removing Your Lenses/ Makeup

-Wash hands thoroughly & avoid using soaps with heavy oils, fragrances, and lanolin.
– Cover your sink drain so you don’t lose a lens.
– Gently shake your lens case to free any lens that may have settled. Do not attempt to pull a lens off the side of the case as it may tear.
– Handle the same lens first to avoid mix ups if your lenses are powered.

How long can I wear my lenses each day?

In many cases for cosmetic lenses it’s 6-8 hours. The reason is that the print/color on these lenses restricts more oxygen to your eyes than regular contact lenses would.

First time wearing
To avoid sudden lack of oxygen to the eyes, those who are wearing color lens for first time should extend wearing time gradually, please refer to the below table for appropriate time. (This is also applicable to those stop wearing color lens more than two weeks)
1st Day -4 hours
2nd Day -6 hours
3rd Day -8 hours
4th Day -10 hours
5th Day -12 hours

Some normal symptoms will happen when you wear color lens for first time such as slight dry feeling, photo phobia, blurred vision and etc.

After one to two weeks of adjustment, it will disappear naturally. If the symptoms continue, remove the lenses immediately and visit the optometrist to find out the reasons.

How long can I keep my lenses and wear them?

-If left unopened, your lenses are good until that expiry date.
-Once the vials are opened, the lenses theoretically can be worn daily for 6-12 months or sporadically for that amount of time. With proper care, your lenses will remain comfortable and safe to wear for the indicated amount of time but it is advisable to discard the lenses when you notice changes in how they feel, if they appear damaged, and most certainly by their absolute expiry date.

How to determine the circle lenses are suitable for me?

You should remove your lens immediately if you experience any of the following problems. Remember that symptoms are warning signs. If in doubt, take them out and consult your Eye Care Practitioner.
-Itching, burning or stinging of the eye
-Excessive watering, unusual eye secretions or redness
-Blurred vision,Dry eyes may occur if your lenses are worn continuously or for too long.

Can I sleep with my contacts in | Share my contacts| Swim with it?

Unless your lenses are specifically designed for that (extended wear), do not sleep with your lenses in! Most lenses do not allow enough oxygen to get to your corneas when the eyelid is shut over it. This in turn can lead to blood vessels growing deeper in your eyes, infections, lid changes, allergies, corneal warping, corneal swelling and possibly even blindness. Take your lenses out, clean them, and rest easy.

-It’s always a good idea if you’re actually swimming (going underwater and all) to wear swim goggles as they will protect your eyes from chemicals and bacteria that can be in the water. Some people who wear daily disposables wear their lenses and toss them post-swim too.

The chemical makeup of certain drops can damage some types of lenses. It’s important to know what is ok to use.
Try applying re wetting drops and blink a few times, the lens will usually drop down to where it should be.

Can I rinse my lenses in tap water instead of solution?

No.Tap water can contain microorganisms and chemicals that are bad for your lenses.

What lens solution should I get? and Can I reuse it?
Many solutions are all-purpose and one bottle cleans, disinfects, and stores lenses but this will vary by brand.Can I switch lens solutions?
Every solution has a different chemical makeup and some can contain harsh preservatives which could mean bad news for your particular lenses.
When not in use, how often should I switch my solution in the lens case?
Weekly is the most common answer – you don’t want bacteria to build up on the lenses when they’re in storage.

Once your cleaning solution has been dispensed, do not reuse it. Likewise don’t let the top of the bottle touch any surface and be sure to recap the bottle after use to prevent contamination.
